The Case of the Stolen Goblet

Alternate Titles:The Goblet
Author:Michael S. Yurchuk
Genre:Mystery
Released:1992
License:Shareware
Review:

In content, a search for stolen goods in an office building. In form, an object-lesson in why you shouldn't release games untested. If you're persistent enough to explore this glorified grid maze using full two-word commands for movement (no abbreviations accepted), and clever enough to figure out that you need to use the "LOOK" command with the room as an object (e.g., "LOOK OFFICE") in every room to find any objects you can interact with, your ultimate reward is a bevy of game-stopping bugs. No save game feature.
